Dr. Tej Kumar Karki is an architect, Urban Planner from Nepal. Presently he is visiting faculty in Masters in Urban Studies Program, Kathmandu University, Nepal and Online PhD Supervisor, Lovely Professional University (LPU), School of Architecture and Planning, Punjab, India.  He has obtained his PhD from Law Policy and Society Program, North-eastern University, Boston, USA. Previously he has been the faculty member in Boston University, Metropolitan College, City Planning and Urban Affairs Program, Boston, USA and Faculty, Tufts University, Department of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning, Medford, MA, USA. He has been associated with other national and International Universities. His research interest are in Walkable City and Human Centric Urban Transportation Policy, Compact and Smart Urban Growth, Climate Change Resilient City, Transit Oriented Development. He has published several research papers and received awards and research grants.
